The toxins and nicotine in cigarettes will damage the DNA in the hair follicle. You will find a heavy smoker, You'll start to get a slightly graying yellow tinge appear in the hair. Especially around the areas where the smoke is inhaled. So your moustache, your beard. Where the hair just starts to pick up too many toxins and it actually changes colour because of it. So a heavy smoker is likely not going to have the range of options and choices, that a guy with a full head of really lush healthy hair is. A client sits in your chair and his hair is very damaged, very brittle. They show you a picture of what they want, and it's them 10 years ago. And it is then you question yourself, and you go, 'Oh God what am I gonna do here?' So the perfect style or cut you've seen in a magazine might not be possible. The guy whose hair isn't quite exactly what he wants or it's damaged or it's balding or it's graying. He's aged 10 years. You know, he is not going to feel himself and that can potentially lead to anxiety issues that can potentially lead to depression or just feeling down. If you're a young smoker give up now, if you're an old smoker give up now. And what you can find in three, six months time, maybe a year... You'll feel absolutely amazing when you hair has got its vitality back and you've got that exact look and cut that you wanted.
